The blueprint

Three pillars. One solid foundation.

We hold every piece of work to these three. If it doesn't move one of them, we don't make it.

  1. Build Your Name

We turn your real jobs into a following on the platforms homeowners use, so when someone nearby is ready to remodel, yours is the first name they think of.

  2. More Projects

A steady flow of new projects each month, so you're not out chasing the next job.

  3. Done-For-You Systems

Content, ads and follow-up all run without you. You stay on the job site.

What's in the Toolbox

Brands as solid as the homes you build.

Every brand is custom built. We measure twice by studying your area, your ideal homeowner, and your edge, then build a name your city can't ignore.

A website built to book estimates

Modern websites for remodelers ready to stand out. Built fast, built solid, and easy to manage, with optimizations so homeowners find you from day one.

Paid Marketing

Ads judged by signed contracts, not by likes or views.

Videos of your real jobs

When you add shoot days, we plan a real content strategy once a month: your crew and the work. Short videos made to stop a homeowner's thumb and keep your name in their feed.

You get short videos cut and ready for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

The structure behind it all.

The framework. We study your market, the algorithm, and what's actually getting views in home improvement, then draw up the plan.

Whatever platforms you're on, we've got it covered: account optimization, growth tuning and full page makeovers. Your entire social presence, handled from the ground up.

What clients say

Hear it from a client.

Brian is with United Auto Film, a window-tint and paint-protection film company in Queens. Not a remodeler, but he hired us for the same filming you'd get: his team on camera, cut into short videos every month.

Fit check

Not every project is the right fit.

A quick gut check before you book.

This is for you if

  • You do kitchens, baths, basements, additions or full remodels
  • You're proud of your work and happy to show it off
  • Referrals are good, but you want steady work in the slow season too
  • You want more estimates without living on your phone
  • You want one team running the whole system, not a different vendor for every piece

This isn't for you if

  • You're happy with where the business is today
  • You think contractors can't get work from the internet
  • You're picking whoever's cheapest
  • You're booked solid for the year and want to keep it that way
  • You just want ads, with nothing set up to answer the leads. Not the full system.

FAQ

Questions remodelers ask.

The questions we hear on almost every first call.

How are you different from the agencies that already call me?

Most agencies just run ads. We set up everything that turns a homeowner into a booked estimate: your website, your Google profile and instant text-back for every lead.

What happens when a new lead comes in?

They get a text back in seconds, even at night or while you're on a job. You get their details and when they're free on your phone. Every lead sits in one app, so nothing slips, and early every month you get a report on what came in. Texts start once the phone carriers approve your business number, which we handle as part of your setup.

How much of my time does this take?

At the start, a short intake form and your best job photos. Once you add shoot days, it's about one a month at a job you've just finished, and we work around your crew. After that, your part is approving the videos before they go out.

What's the commitment?

A short first term, then month to month. Some plans are month to month from the start. We agree the term on the call, before any work begins.

Do I own what you make?

Yes. Your footage, your domain, your Google profile and your ad accounts are in your name. If you leave, they go with you. We don't hold your work hostage.

Can you guarantee me a number of jobs?

No. Whether a homeowner signs comes down to your price, your crew and how fast you call back, and those stay with you. What we put in writing is exactly what we deliver each month and how we measure it, and you get that report early every month. On our top plan, we also put a minimum number of estimates in writing, based on your ad budget.

Is ad spend included?

No. Your ad budget goes straight from you to the platform, on your own card. We never hold or mark up your spend, and the ad accounts stay in your name.

Most of my work comes from referrals. Why would I need this?

Referrals are great. You just can't turn them up when things slow down. This gives you a steady second source of homeowners, and when a referral looks you up, they find a business that looks the part.

Do you work in my area?

We're based in New York and we film on location, so shoot days happen at your jobs. Tell us where you work and we'll tell you honestly if we can cover it.

What happens on the call?

You talk with Jason on Google Meet. Before the call, he builds a free preview of your new website from your Google listing and job photos, and walks you through it. He'll also point out what homeowners notice on your current site. All of it is free, whether you hire us or not.

Ready to grow?

Let the whole town know who built that.

Let's talk shop. We only take on a few remodelers at once, so you get the whole team, not a junior account rep. Book a call and we'll tell you straight if it's a fit.
