Who we are

Aspire Media Productions (“Aspire,” “we” or “us”) is a marketing company based in New York. We make websites, video and ads for local businesses. This policy covers aspiremediaproductions.com, including our /remodelers page, and the forms on it. Questions about it go to info@aspiremediaproductions.com.

When we run a website or lead tools for one of our clients, information about that client’s customers is handled under the client’s own privacy policy and our agreement with them.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details, like your name, email address and phone number.
• Details about your business, like its name, the kind of work you do, your monthly revenue range, your website or Instagram, and anything you write in a message.
• If you become a client, the onboarding details you send us, such as a link to your Google Business Profile and files you share with us through Google Drive.
• The details you enter when you book a call with us.

Information collected automatically

• The pages you visit, the links you click, your browser and device type, the site that sent you, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics collect this for us.
• How you arrived: the link, ad or campaign that brought you to our site (including the click ID a Google or Meta ad adds to its link), the page you landed on and the site that sent you. We remember it in your browser for 30 days and attach it to any form you send us, so we know which of our marketing works.
• What you do on our site: the pages you view, the main buttons and links you tap (like calling us, emailing us or booking a call), and when you start or send one of our forms. Our site records this itself, first-party, under a random visitor ID your browser keeps for up to 13 months. It goes to our own systems and stays with Aspire, together with your inquiry if you send one. We don’t sell it or share it for anyone else’s advertising.

How we use it

• To reply to you, and to prepare for and hold your call. Before a call we may look at public information about your business, like your website and Google listing, to build a free preview of a new site.
• To do the work you hire us for, and to send you the emails, texts and reports that come with it.
• To see which pages, links, ads and campaigns bring people to us and lead to a call, and to improve the site.
• To keep the site and our forms secure and free of spam.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts from us, we’ll text you about your inquiry, your booking or our work together. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. Our texts open with “Aspire Performance:”, the name of our client platform.

We don’t sell your mobile number or your consent to receive texts, and we don’t share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Companies that help us send messages and run our systems may handle them, only to do that work for us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us:

• Vercel, which hosts this website and runs Vercel Web Analytics.
• Google, for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the calendar and video-call tools we use for meetings.
• Cal.com, which runs our booking calendar. When you book, it also receives the campaign tags you arrived with and a reference to your application, so we can match the two.
• Resend, which delivers the emails our forms send.
• Supabase, which stores the records in the app we use to manage leads and clients.
• Twilio, which sends our text messages.
• Typeform, which hosts some of our forms.
• CARTO and Cloudflare, which serve the map on some of our pages.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Cookies and similar tools

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. Vercel Web Analytics doesn’t use cookies. Our own site keeps two small records in your browser’s local storage: how you arrived (for 30 days) and a random visitor ID (for up to 13 months). They tie your visit to your inquiry, and they stay with Aspire. If Meta’s own cookies (_fbp or _fbc) are in your browser, we read them and keep them with the record of your visit. The Cal.com booking calendar may set its own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies and site data (which clears those two records) in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details while we’re talking with you and for a reasonable time after, so we have a record of the conversation. We keep client information for as long as we work together, and afterward as needed for our records and for tax and legal reasons. Records of your visits are kept with your inquiry or, if you never send one, only as long as they help us measure our marketing. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it.
• Ask us to stop emailing you, or reply STOP to any text.

Email info@aspiremediaproductions.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, your state’s law may give you other privacy rights. Contact us and we’ll help you use them.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No website or online service can be completely secure, so we can’t promise that information you send us will never be accessed without permission.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to other sites, like Instagram, Google and the websites of businesses we’ve worked with. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
